Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced (optional)
- 4 tablespoons minced red onions
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, minced (seeds in for spicy, seeds removed for mild)
- 3 ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, stemmed and chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- dash sugar
- salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well, chill, then serve with chips.
