Ingredients

  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked to desired doneness
  • 1 slice 2% milk fat Kraft Cheddar Slice
  • 9 tbsp egg white beaters (equivalent to 3 eggs)
  • 1 slice 45 cal. whole wheat bread
  • 5 grape tomatoes cut in quarters
  • salt & pepper to taste

Step 1

Toast bread. Put egg beaters in lightly sprayed pan. Add salt and pepper. When eggs are about half way cooked add cooked bacon cut up and tomatoes. Once eggs are cooked through, remove from heat, put cheese on top in strips and cover with lid until cheese is melted.

Serve over toasted bread.
