Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tub-style light cream cheese spread with garden vegetables
- 2 tablespoons light salad dressing
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 medium apples, cored and sliced
Preparation
Step 1
For chicken salad, in a medium bowl combine cream cheese, miracle whip and vinegar. Stir in chicken breast, celery and raisins. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve with apple slices.
Stir salad together and let sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving - it allows the flavors to blend together nicely.
