Ingredients
- 4 cups sweet corn, cooked and chilled
- 1/2 C. diced green pepper
- 1/2 C. diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 C. diced red onion
- 1 C. mayo
- 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 C. crushed Chili Cheese flavored Fritos

Step 1
Combine corn, peppers, onion, mayo and cheese together. Cover and chill 30 mins or until chilled. Stir in crushed Fritos before serving.
