Arby’s Beef N Cheddar

  • Onion Buns
  • Thinly sliced Roast Beef
  • 4 oz American Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk
  • For the Arby's Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 2 Teaspoons Water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Step 1

1.Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the meat and place a lid over the top, and then turn the heat to medium low.
2.Meanwhile, stir together the sauce and spread on a bun.
3.In a microwave safe dish, add the cheese and milk. Microwave on low for 20 second intervals, stirring between until smooth.
4.Place the meat on the sauced bun, add the cheese sauce and a little more Arby's sauce if desired. Serve immediately with curly fries.
