Turkey Black Bean Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 2 cups black beans (For Cycles 2 and 3 only)
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan, brown the ground turkey over moderate heat. Add the remainder of the ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
