Ingredients
- 3 cups matzoh farfel
- 2 large onions
- 1 pound mushrooms
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- The following ingredients to your taste: salt, pepper,garlic powder, dill, thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Wet farfel in colander with boiling water.
Saute onions and mushrooms then mix with other ingredients, except farfel.
Mix in farfel.
Bake in a well greased pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
