- 3 large plums
- 1 c organic whole-fat vanilla yogurt

Step 1
Peel plums by scoring a cross on the bottom of each fruit. Submerge the, into boiling water for about 1 minute. Peel, cut and discard the pit chop plum into small pieces. Steam the plum pieces for a few minutes until soft. If the plums are very ripe and soft you will not need to steam them. Purée in a blender. Combine the plum purée ith the vanilla yogurt and serve. Store remaining portions in the refrigerator for up to 4 days
