Ingredients
- 2 pieces wild salmon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 lemons
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon in a shallow glass dish that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Drizzle olive oil over salmon. Top with garlic. Squeeze the juice of the lemons over the salmon and sprinkle with oregano. Bake for 25 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.
