Village Salad

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat feta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine tomatoes with sea salt; let sit for 5 minutes. Then mix tomato and salt together with the rest of the ingredients.

Makes 1 serving.
