Turtle Cookie Cups
- 1 c butter =, softened
- 1 c br sugar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/4 c semi-sweet choc chips
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- 1 c kraft caramel bits
- 3 T heavy cream
- 48 pecan halves
Preheat oven 375
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy,
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients and gradually beat into mixture.
Shape dough into balls and place in greases mini muffing tins. Press evenly into bottoms and up the sides of the cup.
Bake 9-11 minutes until edges are golden brown
With the back of a measuring tsp, make and indentation into each cup.
Immediately sprinkle 3/4 c choc chips and chopped pecans in cups
Cool 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack.
Melt caramel bits with cream until smooth. Spoon into cups, Top each one with a pecan half, Melt remaining chips and drizzle over
