ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE

Ingredients

• 5 medium zucchini cubed
• 1 medium onion
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 C sour cream
• 1 box chicken stove top

Preparation

Step 1

Cook zucchini and onion until tender. Drain. Melt butter and mix with stove top. Mix sour cream, soup, zucchini and onions. In baking dish alternate layers of dressing mix and zucchini mixture. Reserve a little stove top for top of dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
