Ingredients
- 1 T. mayonnaise
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. onion, minced
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
- cod fillets
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Pat dry fillets well. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over fillets evenly. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
