Ingredients
- 1 8 z. bottle Russian or Catalina Dressing
- 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 18 oz. jar apricot preserves
- 8 boneless, skinned chicken breast halves

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves (1 1/2 cups) together.
2. Pour in a 9x13 baking dish. Arrange washed chicken breasts in dish.
3. Marinate in fridge for 2 hrs, or overnight.
4. Bake uncovered at 350 degree F for 45 min or until done.
