Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground meat
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 (28 oz) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (12 oz) can tomato paste
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp dry parsley flakes
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 6 lasagne noodles cooked
- cottage cheese
- shredded italian cheese
- shredded mozerella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
mix together meat, onion, celery & garlic. cover & cook on high 10 minutes stirring twice. drain off fat.
stir in tomatoes & liquid, tomato paste, salt, pepper, worcestershire, & all spices. cover & cook on high 25 minutes stirring twice. remove bay leaf.
begin layering noodles, meat sauce & cottage cheese. repeat noodles and meat. top with shredded cheeses. cover & bake @ 350 for 45-50 minutes.
