COMBINE MILK, BUTTER AND SUGAR IN SAUCE PAN BRING TO A BOIL FOR 30 SECONDS REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND VANILLA, POUR OVER WARM BROWNIES AND LET COOL
