  • 2 loaves frozen bread
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • Cinnamon and sugar



Step 1

Thaw bread so it can be cut into chunks. LIghtly grease a 9 x 13 pan. Roll cut bread in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Put in pan and let rise overnight, beginning at 11 pm. In the morning, bring butter, brown sugar and ice cream to a boil and pour over bread dough. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. When rolls are done flip pan upside down on waxed paper.
