Ingredients
- 3 tbsp hard margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 3 tbsp water
Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine in frying pan. Add onion and celery. Saute until soft. Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Makes enough to stuff a 4 pound fish.
