FROSTING - Raspberry Butter Cream

Taste good, sour yet a hint of sweetness. but it melt a little in room temperature.

Ingredients

  • 125 g / 1 stick Butter, soften (I used salted butter)
  • 100 g / 1/2 cup less 2 tbsp Icing Sugar
  • 30 g / 2 tbsp Raspberry jam
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk all ingredient in medium speed until well combine.

Note:
If you are using unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt.
