Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 package Duncan Hines butter cake mix (yellow)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Crisco oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Topping:
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Blend cake ingredients together and beat for 2 minutes. Pour 2/3 of the batter into prepared Bundt pan.
Mix filling together and spread over the batter. Pour remaining batter over filling.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
Place on cooling rack and cool for 30 minutes.
Prepare topping and drizzle over cooked cake.
