BUTTERMILK CUT OUT COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 C BUTTER
  • 2 C SUGAR
  • 3 EGGS
  • 1 TSP VANILLA
  • 5 C FLOUR
  • 2 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 1 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 1/4 TSP SALT
  • 1 C BUTTERMILK

Preparation

Step 1

MIX BUTTER AND SUGAR TILL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. ADD
1 EGG AND A TIME BEAT WELL AFTER EACH. ADD VANILLA. ALTERNATE DRY INGREDIENTS WITH THE BUTTERMILK. REFRIDGERATE OVER NIGHT OR SEVERAL HOURS. ON FLOURED SURFACE ROLL OUT O 1/4 INCH THICK CUT OUT BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 8-10 MINUTES TILL SET BUT NOT BROWN ON EDGES
