Ingredients
- For the cider:
- 2cups2 cups apple cider
- 1/4cup1/4 cup maple syrup
- 22 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4teaspoon1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4teaspoon1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1teaspoon1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
- 33 fresh orange wedges
- For the sangria:
- 1bottle1 bottle Pinot Grigio
- 1/2cup1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2cup1/2 cup brandy
- 22 honey crisp apples, cubed

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium saucepan, combine all the cider ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Remove from heat and strain into a large pitcher.
2. Add the Pinot Grigio, orange juice, and brandy. Using a KitchenAid® Hand Blender on low speed, blend the ingredients until well combined. Add the apple cubes. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours or overnight.
