Ingredients
- 3/4 Italian Style Breadcrumbs
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning
- 1 lb. Dungeness crabmeat, flaked
Preparation
Step 1
Combine breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and seafood seasoning; fold in crabmeat. Shape crab mixture into 6 patties.
Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium-high heat. Cook crab cakes in batches 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
