Spinach Dip

  • 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
  • 2 cans (4 oz each) canned tiny shrimp
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 loaves unsliced rye bread (marble)

Cooking time 130mins


Step 1

Combine all ingredients and chill about 2 hrs. Serve with your favorite dippers. Hollow out loaf of rye bread and serve dip in hollowed out loaf with bread cubes for dipping.

Serving Tip: Hollow out cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes. Fill vegetables with spinach dip.
