Cheese & Pineapple Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz can Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 3 oz pkg Lemon jello
  • 1 3 oz pkg Lime jello
  • 1 3 oz pkg Cream cheese soaked and drained
  • 2 cups 8 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Drain pineapple and reserve syrup. Add water to syrup to make 3 cups of liquid. Heat to boiling. Add Jellos and stir until dissolved.

In a mixing bowl, beat together sour cream, cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.

Chill until partially set. Add cheddar cheese and pineapple.

Chill until set. Fill center with greens if desired.
