Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can chunky tomato sauce with onions, celery and green bell peppers
- 1 (15-ounce) can Hormel® Chili No Beans
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 pound medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
- 1 (5-ounce) can Hormel® Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained and flaked
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, combine tomato sauce, chili, rice, shrimp, chicken and Creole seasoning. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Stir in onions and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
