Ingredients
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 c flour
- 1 c butter
- 2 egg yolk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c chpped nuts
- raspberry jam

Preparation
Step 1
Mix top 5 ingredients. Roll into small balls. Beat egg white slightly. Dip each ball in egg white, then in nuts. Bake at 350 for 5 min. Remove, make small indentation and fill with jam. Return to oven for 15 min.
