  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 chicken cube
  • 1 t. tabasco sauce
  • paprika
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 10 oz. chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 lbs. fish fillets



Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°. In small saucepan melt margarine; add lemon juice, chicken cubes and tabasco. Heat slowly until cube dissolves, set aside. In medium bowl combine rice, broccoli, cheese and ¼ c. lemon butter sauce; mix well. Divide mixture equally among fillets. Roll up and place seam side down in shallow dish. Pour remaining sauce over. Bake 25 minutes or until fish flakes. Spoon sauce over individual servings. Garnish.
