Ingredients
- 6 cups ice cubes, slightly crushed
- 3 cups cubed ripe pineapple
- 1 cup dark rum
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
- Lime wedges
- Pineapple chunks
- Orange wedges
- Mango slices
- 4 bamboo skewers, soaked in water
- Cocktail umbrellas
Preparation
Step 1
Place the crushed ice in a blender. Add the pineapple cubes, dark rum, honey, coconut milk, orange juice and pineapple juice to the blender. Pulse until the mixture reaches a slushie consistency, about 15 seconds or pulses. Skewer the garnishes on the soaked bamboo skewers.
Serve the slushie in chilled glasses with fruit skewers and top with umbrellas.
