Ingredients
- 6 Tbs. sweet dessert wine
- 6 Tbs. sugar
- 3 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. Brandy
- 1 tsp. lemon peel
- ground nutmeg
- 1 cup chilled whipping cream
- raspberries
Preparation
Step 1
stir wine, sugar, lemon juice, brandy, lemon peel, and nutmeg in med. bowl
let stand at room temp. to allow flavors to blend, stirring occasionally, 2 hrs.
beat cream in large bowl until very stiff peaks form
gently fold in wine mix, 2 Tbs. at a time
spoon syllabub into 4 coupes or wine glasses
garnish with raspberries
