Ingredients
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 2 T soya sauce
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 2 t cornstarch
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t srriracha(Thia chile and garlic sauce)
- 1 T oil
- 1 &1/2 lb chicken breast cut into 1"
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 stalk celery
- 1 c diced chestnuts
- 1/4 c chopped peanuts
- 3 c cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix broth, soya, vinegar, cornstarch, sugar, sriracha. set aside.
heat oil in wok, add chicken for 6 minutes. remove then add mushrooms, peppers, onions, celery for 6 minutes. Add reserved broth, soya mixture, water chestnuts and cooked chicken. Simmer 2 minutes till thick. Sprinkle with peanuts and serve with rice
