Ingredients
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 # ground beef or ground chicken
- 2 " piece of ginger peeled and grated
- 2 scallions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- salt and paper
- 1 head boston lettuce

Step 1
Add the oil and saute beef until brown. Stir in ginger, soy, red pepper and hoisin sauce cooking for 1 mninutes. Remove from heat and sir in the peanuts. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm wrapped in lettuce leaves.
