  • 1 lb boiled ham
  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1-1/2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp coarse black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Pat the ham dry with paper towels and set it aside.

In a mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese and Boursin cheese until smooth. Add the chives, garlic and pepper. Spread the mixture over the ham slices in an even layer. Roll up the ham slices jelly-roll style. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Trim off the ends and cut each roll into 6 (or desired amount) equal spirals. Place on a platter and serve.
