  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup drained, chopped sauerkraut
  • 1/2 lb. lean corned beef, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon of finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon catchup
  • 2 teaspoon spiced dark mustard
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese 3. oz,

Preparation

Step 1

Bake covered, 30 minutes 375* remove cover, Bake 5 minutes more till brown
serve with rye bread
