  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 pig stove top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 brick cream cheese cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • Gravy

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix meat, stuffing mix and water. Press into 16 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until done.

Add cream cheese and garlic to potatoes; stir until cream cheese is melted. Spoon over meatloaves. Serve with gravy.
