Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 Box of Yellow Cake Mix (I used Duncan Hines)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 TB vegetable oil
- 1 package of sugar free Cheesecake pudding
- 2 cans of Betty Crocker "whipped" Cream Cheese Frosting.
- Food Coloring
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325? (whatever cake mix box says)
Add ingredient to large mixing bowl and blend for a few minutes until lumps are gone.
Spoon into cupcake tins. Bake for aproximately 18-20 or until done. Cool on baking rack before frosting them.
Frosting:
Divide frosting into bowls (however many different colors you want to make). Add 1 drop of food coloring for pastel colors.
