Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 5 TBLSP sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups finely ground pecans
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Cream margarine with sugar and salt. Add vanilla; then flour and pecans. Form into 1" balls.
Bake at 250 degrees on slightly greased cookie sheet on top shelf for 40-45 minutes.
Roll while hot in powdered sugar. When cool, roll again.
