Rum or Brandy Slush

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 tea bags
  • 1 (12-ounce) can concentrated frozen orange juice.
  • 1 (12-ounce) can concentrated frozen lemonade.
  • 2 cups rum or brandy.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 7 cups water and sugar. Bring to a boil and cool.
Place tea bags in 2 cups boiling water. Let steep to desired strength, then remove tea bags.
Mix all ingredients together and freeze for 24 hours. Makes about one gallon.

To mix drink: Spoon frozen mixture into glass until about 2/3 full. Pour 7-up over mixture and stir. Add cherry and orange slice to garnish.
