- 1 package of rigatoni
- 4 Tablespoons of butter
- 4 Tablespoons of flour
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 cup and 3/4 of smoked gouda
- mozzerella for topping

2. make your white sauce and add seasoning, then add cheese!
