Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 pkgs. pistachio INSTANT pudding
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- nuts for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Grease a bundt pan. Mix all ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour in pan. Bake at 350* for 55-60 minutes. Let cool. Frost with:
1 pkg. pistachio INSTANT pudding mixed with 1 large container Cool Whip. Garnish with nuts.
