Slices dried french or italian bread, cubed
Cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Cup melted butter
Tsp dried mustard
Preheat oven to 350° Grease 9X13 pan Layer bread, cheese (bacon, ham or sausage if desired). Beat eggs, milk, butter & dried mustard and pour over layers. Cover & chill overnight. Bring to room temp & bake for 1 hour or until puffed & set.
