Berry Spoon Biscuits

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Seedless blackberry jam or preserves
  • Fresh or frozen blackberries, raspberries and blueberries
  • Frozen biscuits, 1 per serving
  • 1/2 C oven proof ramekins

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. In each ramekin, place 1 T butter, 3 T preserves and 3 T fresh berries. Top with biscuit.

3. Bake 25-30 minutes. Serve in bowl or carefully tip out into a bowl.

4. Sprinkle with confectioner sugar, serve warm.
