Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 pt. jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Boil sugar, water, salt to hard ball stage 250 degrees. Put marshmallow creme in a mixing bowl and stir in hot syrup. Beat until stiff and stands in peaks. Fold in vanilla and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto a waxed paper.
