    large green bell pepper, chopped

  • vegetable cooking spray

    cups chopped, cooked chicken breasts

    (10oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

  • 1

    (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

    (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained

    tsp. chili powder

  • 1/2

    tsp. pepper

  • 1/4

    tsp. garlic powder

    (6") corn tortillas

  • 8

    oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Saute chopped onion and chopped green bell pepper in a large skillet coated with vegetable cooking spray over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in chicken and next 6 ingredients; remove from heat. Tear tortillas into 1" pieces; layer 1/3 tortilla pieces in bottom of 13 x 9" baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with 1/3 chicken mixture and 1/3 cheese. Repeat layers twice. Bake at 350* for 30-35minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
