Chili Crab and Tomato Dip

Ingredients
- 2 6oz cans crabmeat, drained
- 3/4 cup neufchatel or cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- 3 green onions, finely sliced
- 1 tomato, seeded & finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Squeeze any remaining liquid from the crabmeat. Beat cheese until smooth, then add the crabmeat, chili sauce, tomato paste, lemon rind, lemon juice and onion. Season well with salt and pepper. Mix together well and then spoon into a serving bowl.
Scatter the green onions and chopped tomato over the top and chill before serving.
