Ingredients

  • Peppers
  • Onions
  • Mushrooms
  • 3/4 C cream
  • 12 Eggs
  • Chives
  • Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Saute vegetables in a large skillet until just tender.

2. Mix cream in eggs, scramble well. Pour over sauteed vegs. Cook through.

3.Top with cheese and chives. Cover and cook until melted.
