- 1 LB BACON- COOKED AND CRUMBLED
- 2 C SOUR CREAM
- 1/2 C BUTTER
- 1 RED PEPPER CHOPPED
- 1 ONION CHOPPED
- 1 TBS FLOUR
- 1 1/2 TBS PARSLEY
- 2 LBS FROZEN CORN

Step 1
MELT BUTTER. ADD PEPPER AND ONION. COOK UNTIL TENDER. ADD FLOUR, PARSLEY, AND SOUR CREAM. MIX WELL. ADD CORN AND MOST OF BACON. PUT IN CASSEROLE DISH AND SPRINKLE REMAINING BACON ON TOP. BAKE AT 350 FOR 40-45 MINUTES.
