Ingredients

  • 3 cups of water, filtered
  • 1 cup of raw cashews
  • 2 whole carrots, cut into 1 inch lengths
  • 4 whole tomatoes, large
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbs of salt
  • 1 Tbs dill, fresh
  • 1 whole avocado, chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower flowerets

Step 1

Blend all ingredients (except for the chopped cauliflower, avocado, and one tomato) in a powerful blender till smooth. Top off with chopped veggies of your choice for texture and additional flavor (pictured- avocado, cauliflower, and tomato).
