Mostaccioli Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mostaccioli pasta
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook mostaccioli pasta, drain and rinse with cold water. In a food processor or blender, mix cucumber, onion, sugar, vinegar, garlic, mustard and pepper together. Pour over pasta and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Best if refrigerated overnight.
