Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 10 whole graham crackers
- 1 1/4 C pecans
- 1/4 C sugar
- 6 T butter, melted
- FILLING:
- 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 3/4 C sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 C Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 oz white chocolate
- TOPPING:
- 1 1/2 C Sour cream
- 1/4 C powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Make crust and refrigerate 20 mins.
2. Combine cheese and sugar, beat until fluffy.
3. Whisk together eggs, Bailey's and vanilla. Combine with cream cheese mixture. Add chocolate. Pour into crust.
4. Bake 325 deg for 50 mins. Cool on rack. Add topping and chill 6 hours.
